I am guilty as charge...it was 100 empty wasted calories I could have invested in a nutrition packed protein bar or protein shake.  I stopped buying these.  I figure if I want cookies and milk then I&#039;ll just buy it, eat it and be done with it.  That also means I&#039;ll have to work harder in the gym but it&#039;s the price you have to pay to indulge once in a while.
