Every day we make choices.

We choose to get out of bed.

We choose what we eat for breakfast, or IF we eat breakfast.

We choose whether to prepare healthy food that supports our goals.

We choose which way we drive to work.

We choose whether or not to get aggravated at the guy who cuts us off in traffic.

We choose to work hard…or just get by.

We choose to let that aggravating co-worker to get under our skin…or just blow it off.

We choose to work out…or not.

We choose when to go to bed.

I can hear you saying “No kidding Dean….this isn’t exactly groundbreaking stuff.”

Why did I CHOOSE to mention it?

Because you are making excuses.

You know you are.

I hear them all the time.

I ate that whoopie pie…because…

I only trained once this week…because…

I went to bed at 2 am…because…

I can’t…I didn’t…I WON’T…

Are their legitimate reasons why you didn’t do the activities that you know are going to help you reach your goals?

Sure there are…maybe 5% of the time.

The problem is that you are letting them get in the way 50…or 60…or 70% of the time.

And that’s not going to cut it…

I want you to succeed…

Because I know you can make radical changes in your health and appearance in a very short period of time…

You have the tools…
