99…98…97…

Depending on when you read this, there are about 100 days left until the end of the year. How are you doing with the goals you set for this year? Did you even set any goals at all? Written down, reviewed daily, checked off the list as you go goals?

Every year I sit down and write goals in a number of categories – personal, family, business, training, community, household, etc. My personal goals include stuff like how many books I am going to read this year. My #1 and #2 training goals this year are to stay injury free and improve flexibility by 50% (Yes it is measurable). There are 100 days to go, and I still have some work to do.

What about you? Are you going to make the most of the next 100 days? Is January 1, 2008 going to sneak up on you, or are you going to achieve what you set out to do?

Here are some of my goals for the next 100 days:

  • Gain 15 lbs of muscle, back up to 200 lbs.
  • Read 5 more books on personal development
  • Start and complete construction on my new training facility
  • Coach my clients into making the most of their 100 days

What about you? Where are you headed in the next 100 days? At your New Years Eve party are you going to be telling your friends how much you accomplished, or just moaning about how another year got away from you?

How about some feedback? Write down 4 or 5 goals you are going to achieve in the next 100 days in the comments section below. Be accountable and get it done!
