If people keep gaining weight at the current rate, fat will be the norm by 2015, with 75 percent of U.S. adults overweight and 41 percent obese, U.S. researchers predicted on Wednesday.
Anyway you look at it, this is just not cool! Diabetes is soaring, including in our children. Waistlines are getting bigger, and the clothing manufacturers are noticing. Baggy jeans, heck yeah! If they weren’t baggy, they wouldn’t fit! We constantly eat pre-processed garbage, devoid of nutritional value, not thinking about what it is doing to our health, particularly in the long term. Why don’t I have energy? Why am I tired all the time? Hmmmm, maybe it’s because you sit in front of the idiot box for 4 hours a night stuffing ho-ho’s into your pie-hole!
Sorry (maybe not) for the little rant, but we need to wake up if we want to live longer, stronger and healthier. Educate yourself on what eating a healthy diet really means. Take an hour a day and be active doing something you enjoy. Nobody is going to do it for you. A very small percentage of people have physical reasons why they can’t lose weight. The rest of us are just kidding ourselves. Need help? Give me a call.
