Happy 4th of July!

Summer is here and we are halfway through 2007. It’s a great time to perform a “self-test” and evaluate how we are doing on our health and fitness goals for the year.

Are you halfway to your weight loss goal for the year? Are your eating habits trending toward healthy? Have you taken action and been consistent with your exercise program? Are you taking the supplements needed to support your new healthy lifestyle?

If so, keep up the great work!
